Independent Senior Living

The best part of independent senior living at Forest View Senior Residences is the people!  We are a group who honestly cares for one another, where a newspaper left overly long on the doorstep is noticed, and where good times and bad are shared. We're neighbors in the best sense of the word. Our three retirement apartment buildings - Walnut Grove, Birchwood, and Forest View, offer efficiency, one and two bedroom senior apartments on a rental basis - there are no high entry fees. We will accept polite pets, we know they're family, too. Our central building has a multi-story atrium with a pool, hot tub, shuffleboard court, billiard table, greenhouse and wood-working shop. We offer weekday continental breakfast (poolside), excursions in our Groves' vehicles, as well as scheduled transportation to medical appointments within the Independence, Missouri city limits. We'll take you to the grocery store every Friday morning or we'll supply you with a meal via our campus Dietary department. We will support you however we can.

Forest View Senior Residences has a variety of amenities including an indoor heated pool and hot tub, poolside continental breakfast on weekdays, greenhouse, woodshop, assembly room, storage spaces, high-speed internet computer access, library, indoor access to other campus buildings, garages, carports and home-health availability.
