Alzheimer's Care and Dementia Care
“The Secret Garden” Secure Dementia Care Unit provides a caring, supportive environment for those with Alzheimer's and other Dementias. Care for persons with Alzheimer's and Dementia is provided by specially-trained staff in distinct, separate areas designed for each individual’s needs and abilities.
We understand that the process of moving a loved one into an Alzheimer's or Dementia Memory Care Home can be confusing. Our trained staff are available to explain the different functions of our community, give tours, complete an assessment and make recommendations. Rosewood Health Center is located in historic Independence, Missouri just west of the Square and Harry Truman's home. In addition to providing Alzheimer's Care and Dementia Care, Rosewood Health Center also offers Long Term Skilled Nursing Care and Short Term Rehabilitation Care. The Groves also has Independent Living Apartments, Independent Living with Services, Licensed Residential Care, and Hospice.
