Rosewood Health and Rehab Center is fully licensed by the Missouri State Department of Health and Senior Services as a skilled nursing facility and is 100% certified for both Medicare and Medicaid.  It has been providing consistent quality senior care in a comfortable, caring, active setting since its earliest days over 50 years ago as Resthaven.  Designed with those who live here in mind, Rosewood Health and Rehab Center is tastefully decorated throughout, and each resident has his or her own window in a furnished private or semi-private room.

Rosewood Health and Rehab Center is located in historic Independence, Missouri just west of the Square and Harry Truman's home, and is just one part of The Groves Retirement Community.  Rosewood Health and Rehab Center provides Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation and Alzheimer's/Dementia Care in addition to Long Term Nursing Care.  The Groves also offers Independent Living Apartments, Independent Living with Services, Licensed Residential Care, and Hospice.
