Rosewood Health Center is fully licensed by the State Department of Health and Senior Services and is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid.  It has been providing consistent quality care since its earliest days as Resthaven Nursing Home.  Our newly constructed facility was designed with the residents in mind.  Tastefully decorated throughout, with bedroom furnishings and draperies provided, Rosewood feels like home for our many residents.
